It’s your body’s intuition advising you that something is wrong — sending a signal to your brain to figure out what it could be and what to do next.

Usually, our bodies respond before our brain, so tuning into your body’s signals is a powerful tool. This tool helps you become aware of how different emotions show up inside your own body. This increases both your emotional awareness and your emotional intelligence, giving you power to support your nervous system to enable you to shift unwanted habits, blocks and stories.

Essentially, somatic coaching helps you explore, and to draw connections to where you feel different emotions in your body. It aids you to move into a more aligned and ignited version of yourself — an aligned self can access good feelings right where you are.

Somatic comes from the Greek word ‘‘soma’ meaning the body in its wholeness, and refers to the physical body, as distinguished from the

mind or spirit.

Move To Feel Deep Dive brings awareness to feelings and sensations in your body, so that your body becomes your resource as opposed to a vessel for your mind. One-to-one sessions always try to activate natural methods through somatic experience, reflective expression, inner awareness, and creative openness for change.

Somatic Coaching is body-oriented coaching which helps you explore and draw connections to where you feel different emotions and feelings in your body. It involves your intellectual, emotional and physical selves.

Somatic Coaching considers that change does not necessarily happen when you gain knowledge, but transformation comes when you engage in new practices that strengthen who you are. This means listening to and following the wisdom your body has to share with you, and setting intentions and goals from this space.

Deep Dive sessions create conditions for your personal journey of re-connection and self-discovery, guided by:

  • expansion in your sensory system

  • embodied thinking

    and

  • new depths of awareness and emotional resilience.

Sessions will always meet you where you are at, partnering your intuition and layers of inner knowing.
